I bought an apartment in 2019 for Rs 1.2 crores. This was a second sale apartment. And the person who had bought it first had bought it in 2013, for only Rs 60 lakhs. That’s such a simple story. But it shows so much. When you buy from a reputed developer, in a good locality, there is nothing as valuable as real estate. Do I wish that I had bought the apartment in 2013?
